The J-Box products provide mobile operators with unprecedented levels of customer insight and business intelligence. Vennetics can deliver daily reports on user communication behaviours, across multiple devices and access networks. Furthermore, J-Box also includes features that enable operators to proactively target groups of users with particular profiles, in order to win their entire communications spend. All of the J-Box Apps are network independent, such that they can be installed on devices which may intermittently or habitually connect to competitive networks.

 

For example, in consideration of enjoying an advanced new J-Box App from a particular mobile operator, a tablet user may allow the J-Box system to automatically detect which 3G, WiFi hotspot or DSL provider they are using. The advanced business intelligence features offered by J-Box can then build up detailed profiles for many subscribers, including which devices and access networks they use. This data can then be used to drive targeted advertising campaigns, with relevant value based incentives for particular users, aimed at consolidating all of their access network subscriptions with the same operator.

As such, a mobile operator using J-Box will be able to detect that one of their GSM customers has a new tablet device that connects to a competitive mobile broadband network. In this case, J-Box will also allow targeted campaigns to provide value based incentives to such users, in order to win all of their network subscriptions.

Vennetics uses the term “Cuckoo Services” to describe this radical new approach to customer acquisition. That is, J-Box allows mobile operators to lay an egg in the nest of their competitors, by installing Apps onto devices connected to competitor networks. This user base can then be profiled in detail by J-Box in order to significantly improve the rate of new connections.
